Caramel Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt

I had my hesitations about the caramel/ peanut butter flavor combination, but they went together surprisingly well.

7 ounces caramel candy
1 1/2 cups milk - 1% lowfat
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt - stirred

In a medium saucepan, combine caramel candies and milk over low heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the caramels have melted (10 minutes). Add peanut butter and keep cooking and stirring until blended. Remove from heat; allow to cool. Stir in vanilla yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
