4 pork chops
1 cup potato starch
salt
pepper
1 egg
other spices you think might be good
Oil
beer - optional

Beat egg. Mix salt, pepper, and starch on put on a flat plate. Coat Pork with egg then place in starch mixture. If you'd like a more coated texture, you can put a heavier layer of starch mixture. Fry until cooked.

OR before coating meat with egg, soak in beer for 10 minutes, then coat with thin layers of starch, egg, starch respectively. Then fry.
