Tropical Pasta Salad

This tropical salad combines the flavors of pasta with hot salsa and jalapeno, and fruity mango for a taste that's out of this world. This has become one of my favorite new salads.

1 cup frozen corn kernels - cooked
8 ounces pasta - cooked
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon jalapeno - minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 medium tomato - diced
1 large mango - diced
1 medium avocado - diced
1/3 cup cilantro - chopped

In a large bowl, toss together the lime juice, olive oil, jalapeno, cumin, and salt. Stir in the corn, tomatoes, mango, avocado, and cilantro. Add the pasta. Toss gently and serve.
