Salsa makes a nice accompaniment to fajitas, meats or you can serve it as a dip with chips. The flavor of the salsa will actually improve after a few hours.
2 tomatoes - peeled and chopped
1 jalapeno chile pepper - seeded and chopped
1/4 cup cilantro - chopped
1/3 cup onion - chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 garlic clove - minced
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients. Serve at room temperature. The flavor will actually improve after standing for a few hours.
