Mango Jalapeno salsa

This goes great with grilled meats.

1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 1/2 cups mango - peeled and seeded
1 1/4 cups red bell pepper - chopped
3/4 cup red onion - chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
1 jalapeno - minced

Whisk jelly and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Salsa can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; chill.
