Hummus Chicken Pizza

This pizza manages to be so quick to make by using many prepared ingredients (roasted chicken, store bought crust). If you want to save even more time buy the hummus too. Use a prebaked crust like Boboli.

15 3/4 ounces great northern beans, canned - drained
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound roasted chicken breast meat - chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary - crushed
12 ounces pizza crust
1 cup spinach - thinly sliced
3 ounces provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

To make the hummus; in a blender, process beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.In a medium bowl, toss chicken and rosemary. Spoon 1/3 cup bean mixture evenly over each crust, leaving a 1/4 inch border. Top each crust with 1/2 cup chicken, 1/3 cup spinach, and 1/4 cup cheese.

Place pizzas directly on oven rack, and bake until crusts are golden (8 minutes).
